		<description><![CDATA[I think it&#039;s hard to beat the Zoom Q3HD. With some care and an external attenuator you can use a board feed to catch the audio and get decent HD video, as long as there is enough light. If you need excellent low light perfornance, and the use of a Flip indicates that you don&#039;t, you need to go way up scale to something like Panasonic Lumix GH2 or a top of the line consumer camcorder, in other words, budget $1000 and be prepared to record the audio in parallel and sync in post if you want excellent audio.
